Policy and Procedure

If a BedRug purchaser decides at any time during the first 30 days of ownership (calculated from the date of the retail store sales receipt) that they are not satisfied with the BedRug for any reason, they may return the BedRug to the original place of purchase. The original place of purchase will refer to the following procedure to return the BedRug.

1. Contact Wise Industries, Inc., Customer Service Department at 1-800-462-8435 and request a "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee" return form. The return form can be emailed, faxed or mailed. A copy of the proper procedure to re-box the BedRug will be included with this document.
2. Return the completed form and a copy of the retail sales receipt including date of purchase to Wise Industries, Inc., Attn: Customer Service Department.
3. Upon receipt of the return form a "return authorization number" will be issued. This number should also be given to the retail customer.
4. Return the BedRug to Wise Industries, Inc., clearly writing the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the return shipping box. Note: It is critical that the BedRug is rolled correctly, fabric to the outside and foam on the inside of the roll. Failure to roll properly may result in damage to the BedRug and the possibility of voiding this reimbursement agreement. Contact Wise Industries, Inc. Customer Service for assistance in packaging the BedRug.
5. Upon return of the BedRug, Wise Industries, Inc. will issue a reimbursement check in the amount charged for the BedRug on the original sales receipt issued in the name of the retail customer, (person or company indicated on the original sales receipt). The check will be mailed to the original place of purchase. The mailing address of the original place of purchase on the sales receipt is the address to which the check will be mailed. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the refund to be processed.
6. Upon presentation of the reimbursement check to the retail customer, the Jobber or Dealer (place of purchase) will return the BedRug or the BedRug logo cut from the bulkhead as directed by Wise Industries, Inc. Customer Service Department.
